Timing is Everything.

Ok, so I didn’t pick the best day for my first ever, online guided meditation.  Day 3 of a 3 day weekend.  No surprise I was almost alone. Almost except for J-Me (Thx!)  I am really glad it was so lo-pressure.  This was the first meditation I’ve done in too many years.  I have some history with the medium so I wasn’t worried, just a touch apprehensive. Someone told me today “If you are the least bit nervous, the best room to speak to is an empty room”  Makes sense to me.  Funny how I end up fumbling my way to the perfect environment when I’m not looking.  Theres a word for that; serendipity.  One of my all time favorite words.

So next week I will be in Idyllwild for the Whole Being Weekend.  I am pumped up because I know I will see people there I haven’t seen in many years.  It will be great to reconnect with them and build new friendships.
