Shift Happens

Well, I have undergone some major changes and I am incredibly happy about it! Thanks to a great friend who is no longer with us, I have been working in my long dreamed of field of Computer Consulting. Merlin’s Computer Magic is now a legal entity and I am the sole proprietor. I have been working for a national construction company, helping out in their IT dept. They have also offered to refer me to their local subcontractors so I can help them with their technological needs.
I have pretty much relocated to AZ for now. I still have to clean out the Pacific Beach apt. so I can sublease it. I don’t want to give the place up forever; it is just too nice a place for the money and the location. I may still go back to the beach to work as an Ironworker once in awhile.
Another interesting development is my becoming a dealer of Starband satellite modems. I guess I can now market the outlying areas and pick up some business that way too.
All in all, life is pretty damned good. Thinking positive has paid off. Are you listening?
