The Most Overlooked Path

October 12th, 2003

Not too long ago I watched an interview of one of my favorite people. Mike Myers. It was a lengthy interview and in it he talked about his father. How his father spoke of the power and worth of something very underrated. He lived it to the best of his ability. What he was talking about was the gift of silliness.

The power of Silly!

I myself have long believed that frolicking in the sun and dancing in the light are the most important work we can do as a race of men. The least enlightened of us is the highest we have come as a species. Yet the best humans have been able to affect the lives and destiny of people. As each grows more wise and free of the encumbrances of darkness, the power of the light grows in each of us. Its a strange bit of logic. As each of us raises our vibration, we can raise the vibrations of all.

The hundredth monkey effect is a phenomenon named for monkeys living on different islands suddenly all doing the same thing at the same time. Started by one, others watching and learning (and doing) soon a majority of the monkeys were doing this thing and overnight, they all started doing it all over the other islands too. Washing their yams, thats what they were doing.

Anyway, if enough humans treat ourselves and others with love and respect, then we will all start doing it. The poor judges will be out of work, sad thing. Of course, the lawyers will keep theirs, they will become their own race of litigators and just fight each other. Their yams will stay dirty but the rest of us

Be silly, its the path to enlightenment. Trust me.
